Matt,
I'm in Hackensack, NJ , on the other side of the Hudson River from NYC. Most days I'm free to drive you around New Jersey. There are many locations here for photographing the NYC skyline, the Palisades, and up the Hudson to the West Point Academy. I can grip and sound.

Hey Matt, when dealing with the US government make sure to keep a copy of what ever you sent then. My wife was from Thailand and I can tell you from what i had to deal with they like to lose things. Its just like backing up your image be safe and have a back up.
